The Refreshing Tour bar program was designed specifically for college areas in the west side of the island. The tour went to Los Freakies - Mayaguez, Nelson Cafe - Aguadilla, Boqueron Bay - Cabo Rojo and El Criollo - San Sebastian. The program consisted of a mix of Rock music presented by Retroaudio, House music played by DJ Gulembo and Reggaeton performed by Big A y Panama. The program will be develop for next year thanks to its good acceptance among college students. The host of the tour was "El Quicky" from Reggaeton 94 an SBS FM station.
