Sparkof Artist Management (SAM) is known for taking risk with developing artist. Our services include: counseling and advising artists and talents on all matters related to their musical careers. We negotiate on behalf of our clients: recording, publishing, branding and distribution deals with third parties. We help our clients run their own companies and also advise them on which deals fit into their long term career plans.


Our company has a strategic alliance with Universal Music Latin Entertainment (UMLE), to develop artists in partnership.  Sparkof provides executive record production, artist management services, strategic marketing, brand partnerships, new businesses development and event production in Puerto Rico.  UMLE provides funding, marketing and distribution for the artist.  We believe that effective artist development and management will help our concerts, and proprietary events platform and vise versa.  By increasing the services we deliver to our artist, we believe we can continue to build our market share in both artist management and concert promotion.

Los Chinchillos Del Caribe

Is the first Cumbia Urbana and alternative rock group from Puerto Rico. Their sound is influenced by Manu Chao,  Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Damas Gratis, Celso Piña, Calle 13, Pibes Chorros, among others.  The group was form in the students strike of the University of Puerto Rico in 2009. The band members used Luchador Masks during the strike to cover their identity while supporting the students. later the band decided to start working in their music and live shows independently and they got the attention from various brands that started booking the group for festivals.  

Their first album, “El Pugilato”, mixes cumbia, reggeaton, rock and moombathon.  the album was produced by Toy Selectah, DJ Blass, Echo, The julca brothers, asid “the producer”, shadow “la sombra”,  happy colors, felian “alinstrumental”, and mastered by frank “el medico”.

Marcos Sanchez is a Musician, Producer, Arranger, and Composer with a love for audio engineering (Tracking, Mixing).  After graduating high school and spending some time arranging and performing in the Hartford, CT area, Marcos transitioned to Puerto Rico to begin forging his path.  Over the years he has worked as a producer, pianist and arranger for many artists in the Latin music scene including Kany Garcia, Alejandro Sanz, Victor Manuelle, Christian Pagán, Jenny Roca, Divino, Favela, Abraham, Samuel Hernandez, NG2, and others. He also produced music for TV Shows such as Idol Puerto Rico (2012, 2013), Idol Kids Puerto Rico (2012, 2013 Wapa TV) and Yo Canto (2011 Telemundo PR TV Network).  A proud moment in Marcos' career is serving as Pianist/Keyboardist for Luis Fonsi "Palabras Del Silencio World Tour" 2009-2011.

As a student of music, Marcos has a voracious appetite for learning. Even after receiving 6 Latin Grammy nominations, Marcos enrolled in Full Sail University's Music Production bachelor program and graduated in September 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Music Production. 

Marcos has made an impact on the Latin American music scene and is looking to continue to learn and grow. He is currently Musical Director for singer-songwriter Kany García, having toured the world with her and serving as lead producer for her upcoming studio album. He is also exploring and writing music for film, advertisement, and video games.  Stay tuned for more to come.

Mr. PauerTM (Toto González) is a Latin Grammy® Nominated artist, DJ, producer and re-mixer, born in Venezuela and based in Miami for over 21 years with an artistic career of over 25 years. He is considered the creator of the “Electrópico” sound, which mixes “influences from dancehall, electronica and dub, filled with tropical essence and danceable beats” (SXSW). He is a music connoisseur and researcher of percussive rhythms from around the world.
